Аннотация (рус.): Подтверждение метрологических характеристик большегрузных весов, работающих в широком диапазоне температур, при испытаниях для целей утверждения их типа является одним из сложных в практической реализации вопросов. Рассматриваются особенности и нормативная база испытаний модулей большегрузных весов, результаты которых используются в расчетном методе подтверждения их метрологических характеристик.

Аннотация (англ.): Siberian Scientific Research Institute of Metrology is a federal state unitary enterprise, functioning as a national research centre of metrology. It is also accredited by the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology of Russia as a national centre for testing measuring devices and as such listed in the State Register of measurement institutions. Evaluation of measuring devices and equipment for pattern approval it is one of basic directions activity of our institute. Some features of tests of motor-car and railway weighing instruments are examined. One of stumpers during evaluation for pattern approval there is a confirmation of metrology descriptions of weighing instrument in their range of workings temperatures. Module approach is usually used in this case. This method is set recommendation OIML R 76-1: «Non-automatic weighing instruments Part 1: Metrological and technical requirements – Tests». At the use of this method a requirement, consisting in that terms of tests each of constituents the weighing instrument of the modules must correspond the terms of work of this module in weighing instrument, must be executed. Out of practice of work a conclusion is made - this condition is not executed. The change of linear sizes the construction of weighing instrument results in displacement of parts of load cells in relation to each other and appearance of efforts, operating in a horizontal plane. The methods of tests of load cells and technical documents are considered. A conclusion is done about insufficiency of information of influence of the not vertical loadings on metrology descriptions of load cells.
